GENERAL RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns. All claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported to Keynvor Candle Co within 5 days of delivery.
After a review of your request, an exchange will be completed or a credit will be applied to a future purchase.
Exchanges or credit towards future purchases will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
SAMPLES
Retailers located in Cornwall may schedule an appointment with us via email to sample the scents in person. We can visit your store to demonstrate our range. We also provide scent samples for free for those out of the county — just let us know your shipping address and we will send you our range.
POSTAGE + DELIVERY
Free UK Shipping for orders £400 and over.
We will provide you with a tracking number upon shipment. Keynvor Candle Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered — please take adequate precautions to make sure your orders are delivered to you safely.
We do not have control over delivery delays.
If you are a business in Cornwall, we may be able to hand deliver your goods or offer collection from our workshop.
