Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. We will replace or refund products that are damaged during shipment. Photographic proof of damage must be submitted to Keynvor Candle Co within 14 days of delivery.

We hope you love your candle, but if for any reason you decide it’s not for you, then please email support@keynvor.co.uk and we will send you the return details.
The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost of all returned items.

Exchanges
You may exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of all return items.

In the event the package is damaged during shipping, you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, including shipping and handling fees within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at support@keynvor.co.uk for further details.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Please allow between 3-7 days for delivery.

We will always get our candles into the mail as quickly as possible. Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually takes 2-5 business days. You should receive a shipping notification once your order leaves our studio along with a tracking code. Please let us know if you’d like your order expedited and we will try our best to do so!
